私房菜之芋头扣肉
时间:假期中 (但美食侦探家从没休息!)
地点:温暖的张家府
人物:Evelyn 和厨师
这次要介绍的是妈妈的拿手好菜之一“芋头扣肉”!
来看看“The Making……”
酱料:南乳,糖,黑酱油,五香粉,胡椒粉。。。。(基于是祖传秘方,在此不便公开)
当然还有主角芋头(先炸好)和猪肉(先腌制然后去炒)
把主角排列好,再加上密制酱料
然后蒸,就可以上桌了!
不是本人卖花赞花香,的确会好吃过 kebun sutan westlake 卖的十元一碟!
