john king egg tart

i bought some egg tarts in tesco tebrau city,johor bahru...the price range is from RM1.80-RM2.2o..the egg tart is of hong kong style..erm,extremely soft fillings,so quite different from those we hav here..there r a few flavours:original,egg white,red bean,green tea,corn,durian,crispy outer layer...

venue: reinaussance hotel dinner buffet in kota bharu(mediterranean theme)

well,basically,i wont recommend anyone to dine there..

+ve points:-
1.nice ambiance
2.a bit of classy feel

-ve points:-
1.food r overcooked
2.seafood not fresh
3.i got diarrhoea the next day n lost my appetite for a week-____-'''
4.waiter n waitress r not well trained
5.there r many choices of food but sadly,only a few can b considered as delicious
6.noisy,wif so many kids running ard

if u hav their member card,u r entitled to some discount...4 of us went,after discount n taxes,each of us paid RM47.40...not worth it though..if u would like to hav buffet,target kl..never klt...the 't' makes LOTZZZZ of difference..=)

Kenny Rogers Roasters

好消息。。Kenny Rogers Roasters 在吉兰丹开分店了！！
就位于在tesco。。。
本人在短短的两个星期就“上门拜访”了两次，
不是本人没吃过，也不是本人爱吃，
而是在吉兰丹要找个有点气氛的餐厅来庆祝生日，
实在是有点难。。
没办法。。两位寿星公都指定要去那里庆祝。。。
本人就只好奉陪到底。。

咳。咳。废话讲完了。。先来讲一下这间餐厅的环境。。
应该和其他分店一样（有位朋友看到照片，还以为本人去到mid valley的分店）
但是，tesco这间的确有点窄，
所以常常就会看到“人龙”的出现~等位子是也。。。
如果是说气氛，还不错啦。。
不然本人和一群爱好拍照的朋友就不会大有收获吧！！
好啦，是时候上菜了。。。

Ice Lemon Tea 和 Caffe Latte。

这是potato meal。简单来说是一粒烤马铃薯加上topping，topping有几种口味来你选择，和配上3 种 side dishes，加上一粒muffin, 合共 RM15.90 ++。。其实本人还蛮爱马铃薯的，可能是topping 给的太少，本人吃到一半就感到腻了。。

店的主角~烤鸡。。有两种味道-original 和 blackpepper，通常都会叫 quartermeal （四分之一的鸡，配上三种 side dishes 还有一粒 muffin ) 也是一样 RM15.90++

TIPS~其实如果你是鸡腿的忠实粉丝，绝对可以告诉服务生给你来份鸡腿。。。

如果你在寻找辣椒酱，告诉服务生就好了。。他们就会送上

包装的KIMBALL 辣椒酱。。。。

差点忘记介绍 MUFFIN，有三种味道~CHOCOLATE, BANANA, VANILLA。可能是新鲜出炉，所以吃起来还有点脆脆的。。。

总结来说，这家店还算不错啦。。

爱你99美食中心

在吉兰丹，如果你不想去有点远的chengmai吃中餐，
可以来到这间坐落在 kebun sutan 附近，four season restaurant 的后方
~爱你99美食中心~
但最近它被改名为“sri cemerlang”，
本人还是喜欢以前的名字啦。。比较亲切又特别。。



本人来这里吃过无数次，所以尝试过各种各样的菜肴。。
还试过连剩下最后一只的螃蟹也不放过。。。
这次叫了4样菜，
bbq鸡，蒜头炒sotong, 蚝煎，马来风光。。。
最值得推荐的是那碟 sotong ， 实在是太好吃了。。。

其实除了好吃外，这里价钱很公道。。。

这四样菜加上三碟饭，

只是 RM30！！！

去哪里找？？？

chicken rice

introducing kelantan's best chicken rice shop~sung kee chicken rice shop..

the steam chic n the rice...the chic is so tender n soft..it taste heavenly when taken wif thier self made chilli sauce....

mouth watering side dishes!!!abalone mushroom,fried egg,porky~hehe

p/s:definitely worth trying!!

White House

White House - 不是美国的白宫啦，是吉兰丹晚上的茶餐室。。

典型的茶餐室，怀旧的餐桌，木质椅子。。。

当然还有主角：茶餐室必叫的食物！！

生熟蛋。生熟度刚刚好，配上少许的胡椒粉和酱油，简直是棒极了！

烤面包。。脆脆还带点温热的面包，不要忘记它的最佳排档~不会甜的kaya和冷藏牛油。。



kopi ais。。

奶白色的horlick。。。

椰浆饭。。传统的香蕉叶包裹着，虽然只有蛋、黄瓜、sambal，却也是最基本的椰浆饭。。

如果晚上你厌倦了二十四小时营业的快餐店kfc 和麦叔叔，mamak 档的teh tarik 和 roti canai，不要忘记来到这间晚上也有营业的茶餐室，绝对有别一般的风味。。

muar delicacies

tak sedap~cant even finish eating tat.looks can b deceiving..

the worth trying cincau..

the 'on diet' otak-otak..fuyoh~super slim..dont play play man!!

muar...as we noe,muar is famous for their otak-otak...i tried some but kind of disappointed...the standard had dropped so much over the years..an otak cost ard RM 0.40-RM0.45...a choice of fish or prawn...no reli value for $ cause each stick contains an extremely slim piece of otak-otak...first bite...ehem...so raw,not fragrance at all...wat a disappointment....haih~surprisingly,frozen otak-otak in Giant supermarket taste much much better than the original, freshly made muar otak-otak...n of course more fleshy n cheap...


a relative of mine recommended a stall of wantan mee locate along 'way sek' street...he claimed tat they serve the best wantan mee in muar...well,i cant finish eating...i guess u noe y...personally,i dun like it at all...the wantan mee is over cooked outside but inside,it is still quite raw...i wonder why...


but at least there is sth worth paying $ for...itz their cincau drink...u can easily sip each n every cube of the cincau without ending up wif blotty stomach..normally i had difficulties in sucking up all those cincau which sedimented at the bottom of the glass.i always suck up more air than cincau..-______-'''o ya...a glass of refreshing cincau is RM1..cheap!!
